Good Morning Everyone,
Its looking greyish outside this morning but its dry.
I am off again on my usual jaunt to Bicester and Buckingham on the buses.
Hope to find the flea market in Buckingham ,and the stallholder who sells the old OS is here today.
I usually browse before I buy, and then have a vegan lunch in the café I use in Buckingham, although not vegan , have taken to liking the 3 Bean chilli and rice as a nice meal .

Good Morning from the Black Country, where being only 10 miles from Dora the weather is the same, cloudy but sunny.

Going to a music festival today in Penkridge Staffordshire, then will stay overnight in a hotel. Over the 3 days of this festival, today looks to be the best for the weather.

We have a Vegan café that has opened here in Stourbridge Mick and I plan to try it one day.

Hoping you can get your tooth sorted today Kitty

Wishing everyone a lovely Bank Holiday weeend.

Morning Michael, Annie and all. It is dry, but a bit overcast here. Did get my tomato plants potted up yesterday; and the train tickets booked, although we nearly ended up at Cheltenham, instead of where we needed to be! ?
Well the chap came to look at our wardrobe doors, they need new hinges, and while he was here, he also checked out the kitchen cupboard doors. We are going to have soft close hinges put on all the doors. As it is a relatively small job, you can never be sure that anyone wants a job these days.
He was by recommendation, and is very accommodating with fitting in with all our Dr’s, hospital appointments. So fingers crossed, before long, all will be done.

Good morning from a quite sunny NE. Will be having quiet weekend as sons going to Wembley for their beloved Sunderland play offs what a saga!! Anyway going to take advantage of the quiet long weekend and do some gardening and coffee stops as well. Have a lovely weekend all.

Morning all from a sunny South Notts. Unusually, I've already watered the garden (the shady side) and it feels like it's going to be another hot day.
My sister and her husband celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary and family are invited to a buffet at tea-time. I've complied a quiz - I'm sure that many of you recall what a pint of milk cost in 1979? - 15p ! It was a different world then, wasn't it?
Hope all is well with everyone.

Good morning to you all, another fine day I think and I must plant out the one or bits and pieces bought from the garden centre a few days ago. Our lovely daughter came yesterday afternoon and we went for a short walk along the beach, used to do that with my husband, although he would often sit while I walked. My daughter is a nice quiet person to be with and there was no need to talk, but we were both remembering. The sea has a very calming effect. Enjoy your days.

Hot water? I wish.... not till next Friday! I shall be mightily complaining.

Good morning all from a lovely Northampton morning.

Just going up to DS's for a shower, and then a trip to Sainsburys. DS has just come to pick me up so must rush.

Have a nice day everyone.

Good morning, weather here in East London is flicking from dull to sunny; then again, makes me realise I’ve been sat here in bed for two hours reading and checking mail. Need to do some food shopping today then over to the arts depot in East Finchley this evening to see Mark Steel. Have a good day.

Nooooo! BlueSapphire! This is beyond a joke now.
I expect you’ll have been told the bank holiday weekend is to blame ....

Good morning All x
Between sunny and cloudy today and because the forecast had been for cooler weather I got a bag of stewing steak ( local farm ) out of the freezer last night to make a nice stew.
No shopping to do as I did it all on Wednesday so will busy myself later and make an orange drizzle cake for a change from lemon. I always have plenty of oranges for squeezing as well as eating. Fresh lamb for tomorrow,mm.

Mick's 3 bean chilli sounds nice. I like the 3 bean salad from M&S too.

Hope everyone has a good weekend.

there was a group of noisy teachers on the next table
Linl1066: That's not very nice! How come you knew they were school teachers? They could have been a group of GN Grannies having a meet-up with lots to talk about. Unless of course they were at top volume such that you couldn't help eavesdropping, or were their topics intelligent? smile
I always ask for another table. Problem solved! Simple.
