Crumbs Mick, your up early after such a late night. Glad you enjoyed the show.

The sky in north Leicestershire is a really lovely pink which doesnt augur well for my trip to the south side of the county, cross country by 9.30 shock

I had a lovely afternoon with 3 other gners but this afternoon, in contrast, I am going to a session on Dementia research.

Good Morning Mick and everyone.

We have a thick cloud layer here on the south coast but it seems to be drying up after a lot of rain yesterday.

Library and a bit of shopping for me this morning. Nothing else planned so far.

Have a good day folks. sunshine

Good Morning all.

Glad you enjoyed the show Mick.
Damp and murky dismal here this morning. Would have been/still is for me our wedding anniversary so I am going out to a garden centre to buy fresh permanent plants to put in the front door planter.
I plan a nice meal with wine later and then Gardeners World.

I hope everyone has a good day whatever you may get up too ??

Good morning all from the Scottish Borders. Looks dry.
I'm about to leap into action for a hectic weekend beginning with the long drive north, but I'll have a cuppa in bed first.
Have a good day everyone.

Morning Mick, morning All from a damp corner of Somerset. Still decorating, the room should be finished today. Will put furniture and ‘stuff’ back over the weekend then just the wardrobe doors to paint. Who would think one room would take so long? Hope Friday is kind to everyone.

Good morning Mick, good morning all and those to come. Car for MOT, big shop then choir performance tonight. I think I shall fit in a visit to the garden centre too grin

Morning everyone

Grey and quiet breezy in Kent. Going away this morning for the weekend. However, that means tackling the M20, M25 I'm not relishing that.
Have a good day everyone.

Good morning. As Kitty said we had a lovely afternoon yesterday with other GNs and My Fair Lady in the evening.

Today is not as exciting - just Sainsburys.

DoraMarr Fri 05-Apr-19 07:22:29

Good morning from Birmingham, where it is showery and quite cold. My grandson will be arriving shortly, so he and I will have a busy day of playing, strolling in the park ( with stick) eating and napping.

Good Morning from a grey and very damp Black Country. It didn't stop raining all day yesterday.

Carpenter is finishing off in the kitchen today, but something has to be done on the electrics, so no cooker until next Friday, when electrician can do the job. Then it is just tiles to chose and have fitted. Hopefully we can put everything back in the cupboards later today.

Have a good Friday everyone.

Good morning to you all, glad you enjoyed the show Mick, how do you manage to be up and about so early after getting home so late? I'm an early to bed type The weather here is much the same as elsewhere, the sun once again doing it's best but fighting a losing battle against the clouds. Not worried,, off to my little coffee morning and Scrabble. Enjoy your days.

Yes , I found the show very eerie , in some scenes , I had a end of row seat, and there was two occasions , where it felt as though the Phantom's voice was alongside me ,and the other side of the entry/exit door.

Illusion wise it gave a presence of a haunted theatre.
As to other , doing my usual routine today despite tiredness ,and will retire earlier than normal this evening.

Mick

Good morning everyone from a cloudy Malaga. It’s not raining yet but big black clouds are on the horizon and rain and ‘cloudy’ is forecast in the local paper until Tuesday. Oh no! I feel sorry for those who have booked a week’s holiday as no one wants to pay for rainy days.

No plans today. Have a good Friday all. Especially you Beechnut

Morning All

Bright and chilly again here in Norfolk.

Doctors appointment today and maybe a bit of pottering in the garden.

Good morning from a showery and windy Welsh coast.
It all sounds very atmospheric Mick, glad you enjoyed Phantom.
Have a pleasant day everyone.

Good morning, dry but cold here in the NE.
Diabetes prevention course this morning and this time my friend is taking me as DH is at the hospital all morning.
Neighbours, friends and most of the family are on holiday from this weekend so going to be quiet.

Brunette10 Fri 05-Apr-19 07:56:46

Good Morning from a sunny but windy Fife. Think the day will be fine though. Have DD and DGS's coming today which will keep us all busy. First day of school hols here so everywhere will be much busier. Good to see the sun out cheers you up a bit. Hope today is good for everyone.

gillybob Fri 05-Apr-19 07:59:16

A slightly late good morning from the NE coast where it is a lot brighter than of late. Just getting ready to set off to “that place” then hospital appointments this afternoon. Oh what a thrilling life I lead. Still it’s Friday and that’s always a good thing.

Hope you enjoy your day Beechnut and everyone x

Good morning all. The porch is now completed with its new floor and shelving thanks to DH. I'm so pleased to see it looking smart after appearing like a dumping ground over the past few years.
Dancing day today and then photographing and placing baby paraphernalia on ebay. We no longer need the travel cot, highchair and stair gate for youngest GC. The end of an era. No more GC "they" tell us. Hmmmm......!
Enjoy your day everyone.

BlueSapphire Fri 05-Apr-19 08:11:56

Good morning all from Northampton where it's grey and cloudy.

Had a lovely long extended lunch yesterday with my oldest friend on the day between our two wedding anniversaries. Wine and Prosecco were taken....
(No driving involved! I walked home, all of five minutes, and friend got the bus).

Sainsbury's and M&S food this morning for coffee and top up shop. Plumber coming this afternoon to fix toilet, which sometimes starts flushing all on its own. So DGDs being allowed to walk here on their own from school for the first time, as I have to be at home.

Have a good day everyone.
