Morning Michael, Annie and all.
Hoping it will stay dry enough to blow the washing dry ?
Had a binge watch, yesterday, of Series 1 of Line of Duty, as I don’t remember seeing it. They looked so young.
Not much to do today, so may go shopping later.
Have a good weekend one and all.

>>>>>>>>went to Ainsdale a lot as a youngster playing in the sand dunes. Lovely memories. I'm nearly across from you in New Brighton. On a clear day I can see Formby.

Hello everyone - from a drizzly Ainsdale ( North of Liverpool). Had a lovely facetime chat with my youngest son - a wonderful start to the day.

Good morning everyone,

It's a bright, chilly and breezy morning here, though the clouds do keep blotting out the sun.

I'm going to make a start on clearing the hall and landing today, ready for the decorator coming on Monday. I wonder what sort of rubbish treasure I will unearth from under the stairs!! grin. A good opportunity for a clear out, I think.

Glad to hear you enjoyed Phantom, Mick. I've never seen it.

Enjoy your day, whatever your plans. ?

Good morning from sunny Perthshire.....oh how I love typing that???? Chilly wind though same as you Oldgaijin.

TGIFriday again Gilly. Hope all goes well with appointments.

It’s lovely yet sad getting shot of all the baby/toddler paraphernalia Annapops. Now it’s discovering what has been forgotten after the last visit, usually chargers, controls for something or other and bits of school uniform?

Bought a few hebes last week so off to take advantage of a decent gardening day.

Hope all have a pleasant day

oldgaijin Fri 05-Apr-19 09:32:53

Good morning all from a bright and sunny Aberdeenshire, but the wind is really chilly.
Had a fun girlie evening with three chums, with lots of laughter and a few glasses of lemonade. not.
Received lots of photos and videos from the grands of their week in Hong Kong...Disney was fab, but it's back to Singapore today and school on Monday.
The mutt and I are off to the woods again this morning to meet all his doggy pals.
Have a great day everyone.

Good morning All x
Dull damp and cool today, so miserable out really. A bit of brightness and warmth wouldn't go amiss.

Waiting for my prescription delivery which I emailed to my surgery last Friday and they didn't act on it so I've been without the important little heart tablet for 3 days. Useless lot ! I ended up physically handing in the said prescription yesterday-------in the worst weather !

It's just been " one of those weeks !" Ah well, onwards and upwards.

Enjoy your day whatever you do.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Well the sun was out in South Yorkshire earlier - apparently (I missed it). All our child minding is done for the week and we have a winding down day. Ironing to do and some laundry if it promises not to rain! Have a good day, folks.

Anniebach Fri 05-Apr-19 08:57:14

Good morning from a bright Co Armagh , everything is soaking wet from rain overnight . We had an interesting talk last night at the local Historical Society , from a young man with a different take on local ( as in Irish) history . Actually it was what I had learnt eons ago in school but things have got mangled over time .. hey ho . He ended the talk early so I wasn't out too late .I have Easter cards to make for the Grandchildren , I enjoy making them and one in particular enjoys getting them , hand delivered as I am seeing them next week

Susan56 Fri 05-Apr-19 08:47:49

Good morning from a very wet Shropshire.Playgroup this morning with DGD and her friends then home to make Easter cards.

Good morning everyone from a bright Essex by the sea. Not a lot on the agenda today, need to do some food shopping and fill the car with petrol. OH has asked for a cheese and onion pie, wot no meat !!!!!, so I will try and provide, I'm not a very enthusiastic cook so hoping it is edible.
Have a good day everyone.

Jaysbee Fri 05-Apr-19 08:31:53

Good morning from Ireland! Blue skies and sunshine at the moment, but with a proper chill in the air. Kippers for breakfast, then a bit of vegetable gardening and seed planting, followed by hubby's seafood chowder for lunch then an afternoon at the sewing machine ?

Willow10 Fri 05-Apr-19 08:21:23

Good morning all. Sun peeping through so fingers crossed for a bright day. Not much sleep last night so slow getting going this morning. Glad you enjoyed Phantom Micheal, you were still up early! Have a pleasant day everyone.

Mythbirtthedragon Fri 05-Apr-19 08:18:55

Good morning from east London, some blue sky at the moment but a bit chilly. May be doing school run later, then it's late tennis tonight 8-10pm. Have a good day.

BlueSapphire Fri 05-Apr-19 08:11:56

Good morning all from Northampton where it's grey and cloudy.

Had a lovely long extended lunch yesterday with my oldest friend on the day between our two wedding anniversaries. Wine and Prosecco were taken....
(No driving involved! I walked home, all of five minutes, and friend got the bus).

Sainsbury's and M&S food this morning for coffee and top up shop. Plumber coming this afternoon to fix toilet, which sometimes starts flushing all on its own. So DGDs being allowed to walk here on their own from school for the first time, as I have to be at home.

Have a good day everyone.

Annapops Fri 05-Apr-19 08:11:42

Good morning all. The porch is now completed with its new floor and shelving thanks to DH. I'm so pleased to see it looking smart after appearing like a dumping ground over the past few years.
Dancing day today and then photographing and placing baby paraphernalia on ebay. We no longer need the travel cot, highchair and stair gate for youngest GC. The end of an era. No more GC "they" tell us. Hmmmm......!
Enjoy your day everyone.

gillybob Fri 05-Apr-19 07:59:16

A slightly late good morning from the NE coast where it is a lot brighter than of late. Just getting ready to set off to “that place” then hospital appointments this afternoon. Oh what a thrilling life I lead. Still it’s Friday and that’s always a good thing.

Hope you enjoy your day Beechnut and everyone x

Brunette10 Fri 05-Apr-19 07:56:46

Good Morning from a sunny but windy Fife. Think the day will be fine though. Have DD and DGS's coming today which will keep us all busy. First day of school hols here so everywhere will be much busier. Good to see the sun out cheers you up a bit. Hope today is good for everyone.

harrigran Fri 05-Apr-19 07:52:04

Good morning, dry but cold here in the NE.
Diabetes prevention course this morning and this time my friend is taking me as DH is at the hospital all morning.
Neighbours, friends and most of the family are on holiday from this weekend so going to be quiet.

1inamillion Fri 05-Apr-19 07:50:01

Good morning from a showery and windy Welsh coast.
It all sounds very atmospheric Mick, glad you enjoyed Phantom.
Have a pleasant day everyone.
