things you did not appreciation when you were younger.

This thought came into my head when i woke this morning and was gingerly getting out of bed as my back and legs are so stiff first thing. I didnt appreciate being able to jump out of bed in a flash.I never appreciated my youthful beauty always wishing i was better looking, slimmer, and not realising that the wrinkles and drier skin would impact on me so much. I always remember once being told i was volumptous and laughing but looking back at old photos i can now see i was. If only if only.........

grannydubh I couldnt agree more. I say this regularly.
And telling people to smile when the cameras are pointed at you, just the normal smile, with teeth.
I suppose this generation will look back in wonder at how strange or puzzled they look in pictures
'it was the style at the time!!' is one I use to excuse hairstyle, outfits or glasses worn in my photo albums
