Good Morning Friday

Good morning all; it's grey and cloudy in Northampton today.
Sainsbury's this morning and also a visit to Matalan to exchange a top which I bought earlier in the week. My normal size looked enormous so I bought a size smaller, which was a mistake - I can get into it, but I fear it will show every bulge!
School run this afternoon, and give DGDs tea, then make my usual Friday curry.

Good morning all from the Scottish Borders. Weather turned out better than predicted yesterday but I can hear the wind in the trees already.
Yoga this morning then to the community garden. I'm supposed to be starting off a couple of school leavers -volunteers - who didn't appear last week.
Sending healing thoughts for all those in pain or struggling.

Had a good dress rehearsal for the outdoor play the children and elders are doing tomorrow as part of the Auckland Arts Festival.
A long day in very hot weather, although we were in the shade. Some of our elders are in their 80's and 90's so a bit of a challenge. Pizza shared 'lunch' at 3:30 and home about 5pm. A happy day.

Good morning everyone from South Manchester where it’s dry and mild but we have no sign of a blue sky. Car-less now for about a week as it’s been towed into the garage. Hey ho.

No plans today which is nice. Hope your meeting with the council over your business property rate hike went well yesterday gillybob.

Hoping all goes well for you today 1inamillion I too have missed the reason, and I hope you can park.It is always a nightmare at hospitals trying to find a space, then you are charged a fortune for the privilege!

I used to love Fridays gillybob as we finished at 1.30pm!

Morning all! Still overcast and grey here on the south coast but mild.

Feels much better with the stitches out of my gums but the gap is still sore as it heals. Had a filling in the jumpy tooth on the other side yesterday so optimistic about that one now.

Pottering planned for today but like Mr Micawber I am sure something will turn up!

Good morning all,
It’s a dull, chilly start to the day here in South Yorkshire, but it’s due to warm up slightly, though no sunshine forecast.
A pottering kind of day today, hoping to get into the garden again for some more tidying, but first I will prepare tonight’s dinner for the slow pot - I can leave it to itself then while I get on with other things.
I hope all goes well today, 1inamillion, and that you get a new cast and a boot. That should make things a bit easier. I missed your initial post about it, so I don’t know when you had your accident or how you did it, but I hope you haven’t got to wear it for much longer!

Good morning from a dull but mild NE coast. Another very mild day ahead I think.

School runs, then off to “that place” until 1pm ....TGI Friday ....taking dad for his usual shopping. We might go out for our supper tonight as a late anniversary treat. Depends what time DH finishes work.

Hope it’s good news about your foot Inamillion ...... it’s tressful enough going to hospital isn’t it , without worrying if you will get parked okay. Fingers crossed ?. Enjoy your day scratting around in Ikea kittylester (I bet you don’t come out empty handed ) and your day out if you decide to go Mick .

An early start, going to hospital to have X-ray on foot and see consultant. If everything is ok, they will put on a new cast and give me a boot. Hope traffic is kind and we find a parking space, unnecessary worries.
