Good Morning Everyone,
Its twilight here in brackley half moon this morning , Looks as though we are going to have another spring type day.
Up to usual using the buses to Bicester and Buckingham.

Good Morning Mick and everyone.

I was too warm in bed in the night - unheard of in normal Februarys! Loving this spell of mild and sunny weather but today is supposed to be the last one before a change to more usual conditions.

Hope the day is kind to us all. sunshine

Morning all from a mild North Leicestershire.

Pootling and faffing this morning and cup of tea with a friend this afternoon.

Gettingitrightoneday Tue 26-Feb-19 07:00:17

Good Morning All. Clear skies here in Cheshire.
About 5 deg C.
I will probably be replanting some more plants I have moved.
What I need is a willing gardener.

Gettingitrightoneday Tue 26-Feb-19 07:03:48

Now is that half moon waxing or waning .?

NanKate Tue 26-Feb-19 07:08:59

Morning Mick and All.

Another lovely day in South Bucks.

Just back from being with the DGSs still in reovery mode. Lots of emails etc to catch up with.

Taking a friend with dementia out for lunch at a NT gardens nearby. I’m a bit apprehensive as I want to get her in a wheelchair as she has mobility problems but her DH is adamant that she walks! Another friend is coming to help. To be honest I am a bit nervous. Will report back tomorrow.

Good morning from the NE coast.

It’s Tuesday so my school runs will have the baby in tow. It’s a bit of a squeeze but we manage.

Have a good Tuesday everyone.

Beechnut Tue 26-Feb-19 07:13:07

Good Morning all

I’m liking these lighter mornings and today it’s warm enough to sit up in bed with my morning cuppa and not have my bed jacket on.
kittylester I love your phase pootling and faffing.
Homework job for me today and a few walks up the garden path in the expected sunshine.

Have a good day everyone ?

ninathenana Tue 26-Feb-19 07:13:24

Good morning all.

Frost and fog again in Kent but the last three days have started out sucb and turned into lovely spring like days.
I can't do my usual supermarket shop without a 2 mile detour due to a burst main, so it will have to be the unfamiliar one, annoyingly although the cafè is better.
Have a good day.

NannyJan53 Tue 26-Feb-19 07:14:19

Good Morning from a frosty, but very bright Black Country.

Looks like it will be another gorgeous day like yesterday. My friend is picking me up around 11.30 and taking me out to lunch to celebrate her receiving her State Pension!

Off to the gym shortly though.

I hope it goes well today with your friend NanKate

Enjoy your day everyone.

Morning Mick, morning All from our decidedly chilly corner of Somerset. Sun supposed to shine later so I’m hoping to do some garden tidying this morning before what will undoubtedly be a tense and very formal meeting this afternoon. Hope Tuesday is kind to everyone.

DoraMarr Tue 26-Feb-19 07:20:22

Good morning from Birmingham, where it promises to be another lovely day. I love having my first cup of tea on the sofa watching the sky go from gold to blue. I will have my usual walk in the park this morning, then I must re-read “Middle England” for our writers’ group tomorrow.

Nannytopsy Tue 26-Feb-19 07:21:37

Morning everyone.! Delighted not to have had a call for supply, so I can get on with jobs before I go to the dentist. I keep having little panics about the garden being a priority, then I remember that it is only February and much too early to plant most things!
Have a good day, one and all x

Brunette10 Tue 26-Feb-19 07:27:50

Good Morning to everyone and to those who follow. It's another lovely bright and calm start here in Fife today. DGS 2 has a hospital appointment today so going with DD for some company. I hope everyone manages to enjoy this beautiful weather. Have a good day everyone.

Marydoll Tue 26-Feb-19 07:28:00

Good morning all, it's frosty here in Glasgow with a beautiful red sky.

Hairdressers this morning. This is my usual day, "pensioners' day", but the hairdresser has had to squeeze me in, to accommodate her "older" ladies, as they don't not like their routine changed. I loved the fact that I wasn't seen as an "older Lady". grin

Nursery run at lunchtime, then usual walk to the fire station to see Fireman Sam.

DoraMarr, good to see you posting again, you were missed. smile
Good luck, Kate, with your day out with your friend.
Enjoy your day, everyone.

Good evening from a much warmer Sydney. Don't think I'll need the extra blanket tonight ?

Was feeling a bit under the weather today, so just pottered around.

Take care everyone!

Harris27 Tue 26-Feb-19 07:32:49

Good morning from a bright ne. Work later but have washing/ironing to sort exciting life! Good day to all x

MawBroon Tue 26-Feb-19 07:34:07

Good.morning all - crisp and bright here in N Bucks again. This is the loveliest weather but poses a clothing problem when you are going away for the day - cool now, and judging by last night, cold again by night time, but summery in between!
Going to London to meet youngest DD for lunch as she is now on maternity leave, hope her new kitchen is advanced enough to admire (and have offered to wipe out base unit cupboards for her as I am not sure she should be going down there at 38 weeks!) then off to pick Flynn up from nursery and have tea with him and middle DD.
Wishing you all a pleasant day.

NannyJan53 Tue 26-Feb-19 07:35:11

Yes, Dora , good to see you back flowers

Greyduster Tue 26-Feb-19 07:35:14

Good morning Michael and all GNs. Another bright day in prospect but it’s cool this morning. I have to go with DH for an eye appointment as I will have to drive him back. Then a quiet rest of the day. I hope. Have a good day folks.

Wobbles Tue 26-Feb-19 07:36:00

Morning All from a sunny East Coast. I'm off on a dog walk through the woods. Enjoy your day

Urmstongran Tue 26-Feb-19 07:39:45

Good morning everyone from a sunny South Manchester. The sky is a lovely wash of pale blue and apricot now over The Pennies which are clearly visible. No heating on in the apartment and it’s perfectly warm. Who could guess it’s only February?

I like the description gillybob of a much loved and squashed baby in your car this morning ?

Hello DoraMarr your absence had been noted yesterday on another thread!

dragonfly46 Tue 26-Feb-19 07:39:53

Good morning - I think this is the last warm day in Leicestershire.
Going to the hospital out to get ECG checked to see if I can go back on the tablets or if they have another solution.
Will hopefully get back in time to go for walk with friends.

Good Morning from a sunny and windy Glam coast. It was chilly last night though.
DH has an appointment in town this morning, he has sought help with his parents'estate after struggling a bit on his own. I'm glad as he had a cyst removed from his head yesterday, stitches out next Monday. Had to make an appointment at our new medical centre which replaced our lovely old surgery and surprisingly got through straight away.
Best wishes to all.

Good morning all. Blue skies and sunshine in E. Northants - I'm loving this weather! First cut of the lawn yesterday. I love to read about those of you who are walking by the sea. My dream is to be living where I can take a dog for a run on the beach each morning. (The dog will run, not me!) Have a good Tuesday everyone.
