Happy New Year! I’ve learned that my DD is expecting again in the summer and while I’m delighted I’m also concerned for her because her first baby is only 9 months old. Luckily they are financially secure and she has a lovely supportive husband.

I had twins and then a nine year gap before my DS surprised us - did you have a big gap or do you think “getting it over with” is the way to go?

Congratulations mamissimo
My grandsons are just under 16 months apart.
Hard work but a joy.
Often give each other a cuddle, not sure for how much longer as 4 and 5 years old.

The hardest thing for me was negotiating a double buggy.
DD and I both cheered when we went down to just one buggy and a boogy board.

They are both fair haired and often get taken for twins.
Our best photos are of my son holding his new born sister and then fast forward my 16 month grandson holding his little brother on his lap?
I'm sure you will have similar photos to treasure.

My girls were 17 months apart and often taken for twins. One very fair, one very dark. An elderly neighbour used to call them Snow White and Rose Red. Happy days. smile

I had my 5 in just under 8 years, the 2 eldest are just 13 months apart. It was hard work, but I wouldn`t want to get it all over and done with only to start again.
