Definitely 'at the end of the day' so over used now.

Yeah....No , and No....Yeah. Used at the beginning of a sentence and meaning absolutely nothing.

I'll take that on board - in other words I'll completely ignore what you said.

Facebook comments on others peoples selfies when they say ‘absolutely stunning’ when often the selfie is hideous!
