Morning Nina it’s Nfk DGS’s birthday party. I have until next February till both my DGS’s have their parties, but I so understand her feelings. Once the cake us cut I always relax.

Good morning from N Bucks and a chilly one too! Slept only fitfully so a lazy morning then off to see the streamed RSC “Merry Wives of Windsor” at the Errol Flynn Filmhouse in Northampton.
Wishing you all a pleasant day ( if a tiring one Nfk!)

Morning everyone.

No beautiful colours in the sky over Kent just some very dark clouds, the forecast is dry though.
Won't be venturing out as DD has had to borrow my car for work. So a bit of ironing and settle down with a jigsaw.
Hope you enjoy the party more than your expecting NanKate

Good morning to you all! Happy to be back on the GM thread after a wee while.
Beautiful strata of an apricot and mango sunrise.

Morning Mick Nfk and All.

Good description of the sky Nfk it’s the same here in South Bucks. I’m sure once the party is in full swing you will start enjoying it.

I love Flea Markets Mick.

I think we will be hearing a little later from the Edinburgh Crew who met yesterday. There were a good number of them and I suspect a little alcohol was taken ?

Morning Mick, Morning All

There’s a beautiful apricot sunrise in a clear sky out there. Decidedly chilly though.

My DH has a large selection of OS maps, some really old, taking pride of place on the bookcase. I can’t part him from them or persuade him to put them away in favour of more useful books.

It’s the day of DGS’s Big Party and I’m not sure I’m looking forward to it. Luckily they’ve enrolled the help of a teacher friend who has a big voice! All will be well!??
