Evening all, and sending every good wish.
Reading other posts on this subject, has made me have a bit of a think!
I used to have the screaming ab dabs when confronted with a crane fly, but when I was living on my own, with no one to call on, I learnt to take a deep breath and either hope it would go out of the window, or get really brave and swat the bugger!
Sorry for rambling, my point is, check youself, is it a TRUE phobia, or something that makes you feel very uncomfortable?
