Good morning from a grey skied France. Spent yesterday touring WW1 graveyards and my Mum laid poppies on her Uncle's grave on the centenary of his death.

Glad to hear all went well yesterday, Marydoll, and I hope you feel better today, too, greyduster.

It sounds as if most of us had rain last evening and through the night. The grass here certainly looks the better for it, though still not completely recovered.
It’s been fairly dry and bright this morning, but seems to be changing now, with a very grey sky. I think it is going to rain again by the look of it.

Enjoy your day out Mick and anyone else going out today. I had a lovely lunch out yesterday, but it’s a day of catch up with household chores today!

I would Kate except it's mostly used by dh for watching sport!!!

Do you think Kitty if you sashayed in wearing exotic clothes and jangly bells round your ankles that your DH would continue with the sport or is that a step too far ??
