Yes it's sunny again here on the south coast with more breeze than yesterday so not as humid.

We watched the Tour also Mick and I don't think that cobbled section should even be in the Tour. Keep it for Paris-Roubaix.

I have a list of chores today so it will be a case of getting on with it when I can "stir my stumps" (as my Dad used to say).

I hope it dries up, daughter' fiancé has left his settee covers for me to wash! Our back garden is like an assault course, so I will send DH out with the washing.. ?
I've decided to have a pottering about day, as yesterday's pottering day was abanded, due to unexpected visitors.
I hope all of those on trips have a lovely time, Those of left?will just have to get on with things.?

Have finished clearing my parents house at long last, now I need to sort all the stuff that I brought home!!!

Morning all

Sun is out in Kent. DD here over night and we were chatting until 1.30am so she wont surface until 9am in time to eat one of H's breakfasts which she loves.
We have some admin to do but I don't think I will get much else done.

Good Morning everyone, wettish here in NE Fife unfortunately. I know we shouldn't complain though. Stayed in all day yesterday for joiner to call and give a quote for new front door and guess what - he didn't call. Not chuffed at all. We shall wait and see if he calls today - what is it with workmen!!!!!

Good Morning all on the first day of another new week.

And guess what? Yes we have rain!!!Not very much over night but it looks as though the tap is now being fully turned on!!

Yet only yesterday we enjoyed a lovely stroll......or potter in my case......both ways of our beach the weather was best described as tropical...........there was a burning heat but kept bearable by a strong southerly breeze........heaven sent and most enjoyable.

Hope you all enjoy your day and various breaks,plus those following Tour de France......good fun isn`t it?!!

After a hot and clammy night it looks like its going to be a hot and clammy day here in Norfolk. I’m not grumbling though!

DH was up bright and early to go into Norwich for a dental appointment and I have a reflexology session here in a little while. Then I may go out this afternoon to help with a bit of last minute weeding and tidying in advance of the judges coming later this week for the In Bloom judging. Or I may be feeling just toooo laid back to bother!

Incredibly, Panache, even though living within ten miles of wonderful beaches, we haven’t been near during this heatwave! I really want a swim!

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Hot hot hot here again and I was awake at 3.30 a.m and then struggled to drop off again. I am hoping that DD and her menfolk have a good drive back from London today and am looking forward to seeing GS later on. Have a good day, folks.

I have a hospital appointment this morning with my consultant, I was hoping to be feeling pain free and am a bit concerned operation has not fully sorted the problem.

Morning all , after some nice rain yesterday it is back to wall to wall sun , I had a good sleep back in my own bed , bit of gardening and shopping today
