Good Morning Everyone,
It looks like its the start of a very warm week here in brackley this morning, hoping to get a few things done today.

Good morning everyone, the sun is shining on the Tyne Valley. DGS 2 is here, we've just had breakfast, and now he's consuming skittles. (Only at Granny's house) ?. The Penguins of Madagascar is a fun way to start the day.
Usual Monday stuff to do today, then relaxing.
I hope for a speedy recovery for all those poorly relatives.

Morning All from a sunny and sneezy corner of Somerset. Problems with Mr C’s email and BT account so foresee a frustrating day ahead changing passwords and battling BT. Wish me luck, how did these things get to be my job? Hoping for a cuppa by the sea later. ☀️ smile. ?

Good morning all from a lovely sunny Essex by the sea. A visit to the shops then home. Not much else planned today.
Sorry to hear about all the hay fever sufferers. One of my DGD'S suffers badly with asthma and eczema and her skin flares up when it is very hot. She has a nature trail visit today and I know my DD is worried about her being in the sun for too long.

Specially for Jenpax - but actually most of us!

Good morning,
Another beautiful morning here. A few chores, then intend enjoying this lovely day.
Glad to hear you are feeling better, Jenpax. Enjoy your shopping, but don't overdo things.
Hope Bertie recovers quickly from his op.
To anyone else feeling below par today, take it steady and hope you soon feel brighter. ??

Good morning all. I was up early, for a change, and decided to defrost the fridge ( yes, it's an old one, but I like it) so thought I would pop in and say Hi. Best wishes to all who are unwell at the moment. I have to go to hospital on Wed, to get results of some tests. Enjoy the sunshine everyone who can be out in it. ?

Good Evening Mick, early birds and not so early birds! Awoke (thankfully!) at 6.30am for the usual reason, dark, cold, 3C to 13C was forecast today. Unfortunately they got it right, so back to the Doona!
Cheered on the Poms until the final whistle , at midnight. Although I'm a night owl I'm also like the pussy cat next morning, curled up and comfy when it's cold outside. smile
Good Health and enjoy your heatwave. envy

Good morning Michael and all, sunny here in SE Essex. Contemplating going to the beach as Hayfever is abmismal, and asthma playing up ( best wishes to Bertie Kittylester) Find it eases being near the sea as opposed to my garden, which is in full bloom.

If we stay home this afternoon it will be bouncy castle up in garden for GS, and 'swimming' in the hot tub for him.

I am getting more mobile each day, now down to 1 crutch, yippee I can do things much easier.

Morning All

It’s HOT! Woke at really silly o’clock this morning and should have cleaned the windows then. I think I’ll leave it until this evening now.

Got a mammogram this afternoon. My fault for tempting fate and saying I though the cut off should be older as my MiL was 70 + when she got breast cancer. Fate has decreed that I’ve been chosen for a trial ‘older woman’ test.

I’ll leave it until this evening now.

Nfk; Good Evening again!
Wasn't it Mark Twain who said, "Never put off until tomorrow that which can be put off to the day after"
Or words to that effect!; he was a very wise man!

Good Luck and Good Health

Me again! wink
Conundrums; Thought I'd post the following taken from the Summer 2018 edition of the excellent quarterly UK mag. "Evergreen"; quote "Britain's Lovely Little Green Quarterly" unquote.

" Modern marriage is like algebra,
That constantly perplexes,
And tends to pose the problem --
Y so many Xs? "

I was good at Maths at school, that's probably why I like it! grin
