Afternoon all,
Went to do my usual shop today (I don't work on Fridays) and already the supermarket was packed!
There seemed to be more husband/wife combos than usual, and an awful lot of dithering.
Why on earth do people feel the need to block the aisle while having in depth conversations of the merits of different types of biscuits for cheese? (Apparently Maureen doesn't like "those ones" as she once had a near death experience while choking on one and can't even look at them now, but she's ok with plain water biscuits. Unfortunately Gerald doesn't like water biscuits, as they are too crisp)
Then of course there is another bottle neck
as a decision has to be made over ruby or tawny port.
And who would have thought that buying pigs in blankets should need such careful consideration?
Give me strength!
