Try these perhaps?

Do a search for 'globe nightlight projector' and you might find one the same or similar. It's unlikely JL had the whole stock.

Rant away n&g. Someone messed up the stock control, assuming they didn’t all go to eBay. Hope you’ll complain to the Chairman, you won’t be the only one with this dilemma. I know you’ll prevail. tchsmile.

Goodness merlogran, that sounds like bitcoin!

I wonder if people snapped them up as soon as they became available so they could sell them on eBay knowing there would be huge demand?

There seem to be quite a few on there - all with rising bids. hmm

Just had a look to see what the light is, seems silly that they didn't anticipate sales numbers.
Don't know if this will help but if you google starry sky night light, you will find similar lights.

I’m a bit of a JL fan but they have fallen down in my estimation today!

My little grandson, aged 3 has fallen in love with their advert to the point we have had to record it and he watches it like an episode of his favourite show. When it first appeared he confided in me that he REALLY wanted the nightlight featured and could he put it on his Christmas List.

Of course, being super Nana I said yes- and that’s where it all went wrong.

John Lewis were out of stock, both in store and online ( bear in mind the advert had been live about 4 days at this point). So I asked them to mail me when it was back in stock. Some weeks later , no email. So I email and ask when stock will be available.

Their reply was that they had no stock in store or online and didn’t know when they would have .

SO WHY FEATURE IT IN YOUR ADVERT THEN JOHN LEWIS?

Really ? Is it that hard to work out that your highly anticipated advert, targeted at small children might generate sales ? And to meet that demand it would be handy to have some stock?

I always deliver John Lewis , so I’m referring the little chap to you - you explain!

PS He believes in Santa - don’t mess that up too!
