Oh yes JaneD3, I'd forgotten all about the Berni coffee Royale! I felt sooo grown up and sophisticated with one of those in my hand!
Wonder if Meno could set them up in the Argy? It would add a touch of class to the place I think. ?

The night we got engaged, I had a Berni Cointreau Coffee, after prawn cocktail, steak, Black Forest Gateau and a bottle of Nuit Saint Georges.??????
I don't like coffee, but I wanted to look sophisticated.

Berni Inns were great weren't they? Every Monday evening my ex H and I met up straight from work at the Manchester Berni Inn. Always had rump steak, followed by a "special coffee in a glass". Very 1970s!

We definitely need to do something as sophisticated here at the Argy. Meno?

I've had a great idea

Let's steal an idea from Berni inns.
We could get Argy clients to collect points to get a set of table mats, featuring us all in our special, select costumes.

Now fancy that! I've just been looking at the Berni Inn on line as well MD, and looking at the menu! One of their special coffees, with cognac, was 95p. Are we keeping the same prices in the Argy?

Ok I'll get a fancy coffee machine and some old fashioned glasses and do some experimenting so get thinking

Coffee Royale please Meno, lot of cream poured over the back of a spoon and a scattering of brown sugar. Yum!

I've also bought a pattern thing to shake cocoa in pretty shapes on top of coffee. Is there any alcohol in a Royale Chew?
