And it never mixed enough to be hard or soft Brexit, it just sat there looking yellow. I don't want it to be runny and yellow, I want it to be thick and unctuous and creamy.

Clean the jam jar first, otherwise you could have straw/rasp/gooseberry flavoured dressing. Mmmmm now that's an idea...a whole new flavour sensation?

Don't all throw things at once but I buy my French dressing here (in France) in a jar ......ready made ! turns out wonderful every time ! I also buy Mayonnaise and Heinz Salad cream ....and lots of lovely variations ...........- sacre bleu !! most of my French neighbours buy it in jars as well .....oh and they buy frozen food too , from the freezer delivery van !!!! maybe somewhere, someone doesn't admit to buying jars !!!

It's obviously the Dijon mustard which is worried about its status once we are Brexited. Sorry but you are unlikely to get any better results unless we get some reassurance from Theresa May. Even then it may not qualify for resident's status unless it can produce evidence of where it has been living for the last 5 years.
