Which is your favourite month?

Mine has always been March. Today is warm enough to open the patio doors for the first time. The frogs are croaking in the pond and there is the first pod of frogspawn. I heard the first blackbird singing. And of course, all the spring bulbs are looking glorious.

All this is a taste of summer to come. My heart lifts and I feel young again.

I like every month except January and February. I really should holiday these months then my whole year would be perfect!

I love March, everything starts to waken up, days get longer and a bit warmer, and we see the sun more often, its a lovely time of the year, and besides that we always travel to the UK for few weeks in March, next week here we come!

My favourite month is whichever one is happening at the time! I'm just happy to be alive every day, couldn't bear to think at the end of any month that I would have to wait another 11 for the next one.

Alima totally agree with you on the bit about bl--dy Christmas!! So, if I had a choice between November and January it would definitely be January although May is my favourite month with the promise of (hopefully!) summer!

I have two March because days are longer and flowers are all around its been really nice weather last few days here which cheers everyone up , September is also a good month some lovely fresh but not too hot days plus it's the month I got married ???

May - everything is lovely and fresh with new green leaves, blossom and the promise of summer even if summer turns out to be a damp let-down.

However, today is lovely with sunshine and the birds tweeting and singing

Has to be Month of May for me.... spring is on us and we are on the way to summer.Cold dark nights are over , I love spring flowers I was born in May. But unfortunately lost both my beloved mum and dad in the month of May.
