Did you ever model yourself on your heros and heroines of your youth ?

I am listening to the sound track of West Side Story and I remember I tried to copy Natalie Wood's hairstyle.

I also had the lopsided hair cut that Cilla wore.

I wanted that slinky dress Marilyn Monroe wore walking along to get on the train in Some Like It Hot. Sadly I didn't have the curves or the money.

Who did you model yourselves on ?

Jalima - I ironed the part I could reach, through brown wrapping paper a few times but mostly combed it down hard when wet and hood for the best! It probably still had a slight wave or two!
