And me! I've sounded the death knell on many a thread! Couldn't we just use the 'smile' emoticon to indicate 'like'? Hmm, that wouldn't necessarily be a suitable response on some threads though.

I agree that an 'agree' button would be useful . If my comments would echo those of a previous poster I don't always bother as mine would be less eloquent! I am glad I am not alone in all the above feelings. Watch the thread stop right here!

May I join the club too? Though I'm in it anyway I suppose. I make a comment, several threads later someone else makes the same point, and that one elicits all the agreements, grins, smiles etc. Oh well, I'm not alone ☹️

This has happened to me, on here, twice recently when I've written a brilliant post had lots of people say. 'i agree with kitty' and then someone has come along and said the very same thing! It takes me all my time to sit on my hands and not post a really grumpy reply! It happened on two threads where people were really upset so it wouldn't have been appropriate to be rude (and I have been caught out like that before!)

And another thing!

DH is redoing his study (I know, bored now!) and I suggested a cork wall (dead on trend!) next thing I know, he's saying to interior design guru daughter, 'ive been thinking of,,,,,,, ' - she now thinks dh is dead trendy where, in actual fact, I am.
