Blimey I've just planned what seems a campaign!

Calculator in hand. Lunch at 2pm. Turkey 3hrs at 140 fan out at 1.15. Beef 1hr30mins at 160 fan in at 12.15 out at 1.45. Turn oven up at noon to brown off turkey and ready for beef. Pre cook according to Mary Berry roast potatoes and yorkshires on Christmas Eve. Together with stuffing and pigs in blankets. Spuds in at 1.30 to crisp off, other stuff in to warm up at 1.45. Beef and TurkeyGravy pre purchased so that's OK. Everything else all veg etc on hob. Trifle prepared Christmas Eve. Starter salmon so easy Peasy. Christmas puddings to heat and bought custard and brandy sauce.

Good isn't it I love it all!!!!

Bellanonna no that wasn't me - I wish it were though! I came across it many years ago somewhere and kept it. It makes me laugh every time I read it. I think most of us can recognise the sentiment. Happy turkey Christmas tchsmile
