Calculator in hand. Lunch at 2pm. Turkey 3hrs at 140 fan out at 1.15. Beef 1hr30mins at 160 fan in at 12.15 out at 1.45. Turn oven up at noon to brown off turkey and ready for beef. Pre cook according to Mary Berry roast potatoes and yorkshires on Christmas Eve. Together with stuffing and pigs in blankets. Spuds in at 1.30 to crisp off, other stuff in to warm up at 1.45. Beef and TurkeyGravy pre purchased so that's OK. Everything else all veg etc on hob. Trifle prepared Christmas Eve. Starter salmon so easy Peasy. Christmas puddings to heat and bought custard and brandy sauce.

In order to stick to it, my advice is to keep off the sherry/champagne.
. To qualify that, let me explain that he really has never been one to do much in the way of cooking - though he is perfectly able and did a lovely full roast dinner recently for himself and his boys! Sorry to all you men out there, I really didn't mean it the way it came across!!!
