Push on in the garden. Didn't cull bamboo as planned as I transplanted some grasses instead. So bamboo today.

Home hairdresser this morning so chance of a nice chat for a change, it was lovely to visit my friend yesterday but she is very fearful about her stroke.

It's Wednesday so I'm off to coffee this morning and maybe some of us will go on to lunch with a free short concert nearby.

H's last paid gardening job of the season today so he'll be mooching trying to find something to do until Spring He's not one for sitting still too long.

I am off out to lunch later on with the ladies from our bowling club to mark the end of the season for outside playing.

Hoping to get an hour or so out in the garden afterwards to enjoy this Indian summer we seem to be having.
