Now we are all back home after our success at the GN Olympics, it is time to turn minds to the Xmas Panto.
So, all you thespians, get your thinking caps on and suggest what we can perform.
If there is a part for a fat, grumpy old git, then I am your man.

We could do "Pussy in Boots" (other chemists are available)

"Jack and his Beanstalk"

"Mother's been Goosed"

Not sure if these are quite correct. OH yes they are ........

When I was teaching we had a ban on mentioning the festive season for anything at all (including the Christmas Production) until after half term (last week in October). So I am programmed to completely ignore this thread until then. Sorry!

Could I be a fairly mature Fairy Godmother ? I have a sparkly type wand given to me by one of my students when I was teaching. My two GSs are very taken with it. smile

Trisha, please note, I did not mention the "C" word, OK, it's a technicality, but we are only at the planning stage, rehearsals will not commence before the end of November.

Oh I must get to choose my own front end Charleygirl.

I saw some special pants advertised in a Woman's magazine recently. Apparently the knickers have a special charcoal gusset built in "to filter out those embarrassing accidents". I kid you not. grin
