Language focused holidays

Ciao!
As an intermediate learner of Italian I would love to stay with a family in Italy and be immersed in the language all day every day! Does anyone know of a family who might be happy to accommodate a lively Gran?

Another organisation is 5W - Women Welcome Women World Wide.

And there are also language-teaching holiday companies which offer stays with host families. Have a quick Google.
