It's raining this morning after a very wet night in North Leicestershire. A day of clearing up after a week of DD and 2DGD. And, another trip to the gp. This afternoon I'm going to take advantage of Sainsbury's 25% off to stock up on prosecco ready for C*******s.

Dull and damp in Stockport. First outing in two weeks today when I see my "eye man" at the AMD clinic this evening. Hoping dressing is off and stitches snipped by then.

Good morning from sunny Colchester. A bit of wispy cloud, but Summer is back here after a weekend off! Housework, laundry and shopping I suppose. Will miss the Olympics but it will get me off the couch now there is nothing on telly.

The rain has just stopped here in Norfolk and everywhere is decidedly soggy. Hopefully Summer will extend up here from Colchester soon as we're off to a Golden Wedding celebration this afternoon and I think it's outside with a only a small marquee.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. A dull start here in South Yorkshire. We had some rain overnight. DD, GS and S-i-l are off to Turkey on holiday today. They booked it after their last one last year. It will be a very long ten days for me and DH. Nothing much planned for today - maybe a garden tidy up. Have a good day folks.
