Well, I know I was busy last week but what has been going on while I wasn't properly looking.
GandTea, as everyone else says - don't let the buggers get you down and keep smiling it really gets to them.
And, I can't even find the thread referred to.
Lona you (and your son!) must be so chuffed. A new lease of life for you! How's the balcony?
Ann, it sounds as though you are turning the corner healthwise, that must make coping with DH a little easier.
How is DH Daphne?
I'm envious of all the new pets on here. When the children were around we always had a house full of varying types and we (currently) only have one cat who seems to divide his time between our house and somewhere else! It's not the same. Previously, we have often acquired pets by a sort of osmosis, ie, someone knows someoen who has a kitten, basset, miniature schnauzer, rabbit, hampster etc etc. I think we might be too old for osmosis now
And, DH will take a little convincing as, according to him, dogs wreck the garden and cats scratch the furniture.
