A good, blowy, sunny Sunday afternoon to you lovely lot.
I've been blackberry picking. Hands are a glorious shade of pinky purple.
kittylester I've lost count of the thought-provoking messages that have disappeared without trace. It's bloody irritating to have to start over again.
York is a favourite city of ours. I hope that your lunch compensates for the awful weather. I went outside on a slug patrol last night...on my return, I needed to change my top which was wet through to the skin. The rain beat down without mercy. Naturally, Rory couldn't have cared less. He was tucked in on MacS's cosy lap.
Charleyg Did you mention your birthday to us lot? If so, I'm sorry to have missed it. A belated HAPPY birthday to you. Enjoy a celebratory meal.
Talking of cats...a lady moved from the village some months ago and her cat went with her. Today, the cat turned up on the door step of the now newly occupied cottage. It had walked fifteen miles. The neighbour to whom we spoke, is going to contact the owner (when she returns from holiday) and continue to feed the cat in the meantime.
bags Minibags will be happy to own her very own desk. I know that I was when at the age of eleven I was given a desk one Christmas. My younger sister enjoyed annoying me by moving it's contents around. I had a "thing" about the way the books and pens should be housed. She thought otherwise.
