Make sure if you use a bus pass to the next town that there is a bus coming back again.

Good idea nina . Or I could have a virtual walk with a Husky or a long haired Alsatian or a Dachshund or a Corgi. So many favourites!

I'd love to dog walk. Trouble is I don't know any dog owners any more. I always try to speak to passing dogs when I'm out -I must have terrified so many of them and disconcerted their owners! Drat.

Volunteer to walk an old person's dog

Use your bus pass and go somewhere and explore. Even if it is the next town it will do you good and stimulate your brain. Have fun.

Definitely take a walk round your local area we sometimes forget to just enjoy the space around us. I just took a brisk walk and feel energised by it and have the energy to tackle the Ivy that's taking over the fence.

Nothing wrong with a reading fest Jane10 or taking time to relax. Enjoy some 'me' time and have your hair done or some spa treatments. Remember in this world full of care, we need to take time to stand and stare. Go walking, visit local beauty spots. So many things to enjoy all around us.

We have a lovely garden but its s communal one with lots of really good gardeners competing with each other - I wouldn't dare try anything.
Book 3 feels a long way off. I bet I'll have lots of 'corrections' for book 2 -just like school!!
