Hello all, grey here in Oxfordshire ( my bit of it anyway) and a bit fresher, which is good.We are promised rain today, also good, as saves me having to water the garden.Selfish, I know!

Good Morning Everyone! Weather quite bright but no sun.

Going supermarket shopping this morning - a nice quiet afternoon reading and then out to our local Bowls Club (we are social members, no bowling yet) to watch England play their first game against Russia.

Good morning from an overcast Colchester but still no rain here.
Disappointed not to have been mentioned in the Queen's Birthday Honours, again. I will walk into town later and try to get a view of the flypast that will go over Colchester on the way to London.

Good morning to you all, a still hazy morning again today, and I am still feeling very much under the weather. The hot weather obviously does not agree with me, my thick head is a real nuisance.
It is lovely to have the fine days, though, and the gardens are looking their best. Enjoy your days.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. We are forecast torrents of heavy rain today in South Yorkshire. If it comes, it will be a baptism of fire for the roof repair we had done yesterday to stop water coming in over our front door. We are going over to DDs this evening so that DH can watch the footie with them (I'll read my book!), but until then, it's a quiet day. Enjoy your day whatever you're doing. Sorry your mum is not too good, kitty.

Good morning all.
Well it's not a bad day here in Stockport Badenkate not too dull and still warm. Enjoy your lunch out.
Well for a change I have another day in ?. The thought of even mundane supermarket shopping has never felt more like a treat.

Grey today but a light grey so it may cheer up. DH back from fishing today. I'm up at the cathedral today so I'll see the flowers for the Queen's birthday service.

Drizzle here in Liverpool, rained very heavily yesterday grandchildren took great delight in dancing in it. Roses and peonies have taken a bashing. Our main road was flooded very badly yesterday never seen that before, we live half way up a hill but it dried up quickly.

Completely overcast here in N Shropshire. Off to Stockport this morning to take youngest DGC back and out for a family lunch ☺

Sounds like I'd better make the most of the sunshine as this is the last day of my week in Italy.
Sorry to hear about your Mum kitty

Good morning all!

It's pickling down in North Leicestershire and rained quite a bit in the night too. I had a disturbed sleep - too much roastchickenwine and chat with an old friend last night together with it being really muggy - I feel like a piece of chewed string! Mum is not doing too well so I expect I'll have to go there later on.

Grey and quiet in St.Andrews , too . A breeze is kicking up so might breathe some life into the day ? Gardening for me , today .

Good morning everyone, Saturday again, where did the week go. Grey here in Essex but not cold. Shops this morning, followed by gardening if it stays dry.

GandTea Sat 11-Jun-16 06:53:55

Grey and muggy here as well. I am playing a gig in Maldon this afternoon, in the open, so praying for a dry day.
