HM , Duchesses of Cornwall and Cambridge all looked lovely at the birthday service just now, but wondered what Eugene and Beatrice wore. I did catch sight of a playing card type outfit . I only caught the end of the broadcast.

Just have to try not to see the result before I can watch it tomorrow.

Bit peeved that Channel 4 haven't got the race on till 10.30 tonight, suppose we had to go to work tomorrow! I would have thought that the murder interview that is on before it could well have been put on later.

Meant Q1

GandTea Sat 11-Jun-16 22:16:28

Merlot. agreed, just q3 and the race

merlotgran Sat 11-Jun-16 22:14:00

I like the race, GandTea but I can't be doing with all the build up.

It was our local hospital that Sophie was rushed to and they were both lucky to survive. We knew it was serious because the Queen visited her there.

I don't know if anyone watched The Windsors (which I found hilarious) but Beatrice and Eugenie do seem awfully like their characters in that show.

Do not wish to see such photos in my newspaper. Do not find them newsworthy. Let the poor++++. wear whatever they like but keep it to themselves They are no role models Just rich enough to afford whatever they want. They have no psrticular achievements apart from the accident of birth parents I wd hope that my offspring chose someone more not-worthy to emulate

LullyDully Sat 11-Jun-16 21:52:14

NotTooOld Sat 11-Jun-16 21:43:26

Well done, Rooney. That little one called Stirling can run.

HURRAH!!

Linsco56 Sat 11-Jun-16 21:28:09

The Russian goalkeeper made a good save against England...that will have caused the muttering!

merlotgran Sat 11-Jun-16 21:26:35

We've just missed a goal apparently. The dogs have their fingers in their ears.

Jalima Sat 11-Jun-16 21:21:33

must be bad, I can hear muttering from the other room.

Welshwife Sat 11-Jun-16 21:21:13

I know many of you thought tha Amelia looked lovely but I must disagree - I thought she looked like a schoolchild who needed a good haircut! It needs more shape to it.
Did you notice the heels on the shoes of whichever princess wore the black and white coat - look as if they have lost a bit and just left with the central support.
I thought all in all most of them looked lovely though. I did not actually see them at the service etc so only looked at the link posted here.

Jalima Sat 11-Jun-16 21:21:06

Good idea! Decaf for me please brew

I am going to see what the score is (and who's playing)

Linsco56 Sat 11-Jun-16 21:19:52

Going to make a cup of tea now...can feel my poor liver starting to throb! Enough vino for tonight. grin

Jalima Sat 11-Jun-16 21:10:30

It still sounds very posh.

We do have an extra wine rack in the garage, where it is generally quite cool.

Maggiemaybe Sat 11-Jun-16 21:09:33

I've got a wine cellar. Well, I've got a wine rack in the coal cellar. You have to hurdle a couple of broken lawnmowers, several suitcases and an old paintpod to get to it, but I'm usually desperate enough up to the challenge. wine
