I'm feeling really weepy this morning

If my DH, kids and grandkids are ok I am fine, full of energy and happy. If any one of them has a problem I am anxious, tired and worried. Hey Ho.

Three of my DCs are going through problems at the moment and I find that affects my mood. I found it hard to get out of bed this morning.

Kitty, same with us. Hope your DD stays strong. Some men are s--t!

Sorry for any GNs feeling sad. It's funny that some days I am unmoved by things and the next day I could weep at anything.

Nina, I feel your pain and when I most want to weep it usually involves thinking about the two sweet children that the Idiot is using as pawns. DD is feeling much stronger now though and I hope your daughter is 'getting there' too.

Other days I don't want to weep, I just want to kill!!

Nonnie sorry you are a bit down.
We all get a bit down sometimes and often it takes very little to knock us for six but then it can be a good release to have a good cry - just so long as you then mop up and make sure you do something that interests you.

For those of you feeling sad . I sometimes let the tears flow and feel relieved for it.

When things are bad I say the words 'These things will pass' even if you are not religious the words are still powerful IMO.

At least you have your GN pals to speak to. I suppose our mums went round to the neighbours for a cuppa as their way of coping.

No.I usually feel lazy and can't-be-arsed-ish when I come on here first thing. (first thing for me that is). It usually wears off once I make an effort. So many mornings the first thing I say as I get out of bed is, "Oh dear" with sigh. Ridiculous. It's definitely a morning thing.

It makes me weepy the way D's estranged husband still has control over her by using their children.

There's a good site called Positivity - I don't know why it comes to me but every few days it gives really good advice and I'm glad of it ! Seems to 'turn the head around ' and lifts the mood or indecision . Keep busy, get dancing, breathe deeply . Hope you all feel better soon .

No, I don't get weepy. I have a lot to contend with at present and keep all my energy for coping day to day.

I feel so sad. I am not able to make up my own mind. I listen to my adult children, each one giving me different advice. Then I do something and regret it later. How can I redeem my power and make my own decisions?
