Printmiss I am suffering from gardening aches as well.
All my bedding plants are in the patio pots now though.

I joined another choir a couple of years ago (because the former (useless!) conductor left) and it happens to sing in our church so I volunteered DH to make the tea and coffee as we're used to doing it there in any event helped by different groups SATB in turn. Although so far only the laydees. I think the men say they do the setting up but they don't all do it! So the deputy chair lady is going to raise that point-talk about dinosaurs! Just like at golf club.

Good morning to you all, and it is decidedly chilly this morning, after a really lovely day yesterday, when I spent far to long in the garden, and I am now suffering for it, but it looks good! The gardener did most of the work, but there was some tidying up to do - not left by him, so I got on with that. I also made a very nice corned beef hash with sweet potato, not tried that before, but will certainly do it again sometime. Enjoy your days.

We have just heard that our 3rd grandson has finally arrived safely, only 12 days overdue. Waiting for more details and photos.
It's DH day off so we were taking DGS2 to visit MIL anyway and getting a cuddle from new arrival later today hopefully.?

It's the second of my choir concerts tonight and I have arranged the refreshments for the interval on top of everything else. (Why do I volunteer and then wish I hadn't?) Hey ho!

Chilly day and overcast. Off into Sussex today to get the dog stripped.

It's very misty on the Suffolk coast and the forecast doesn't look as though it's going to improve much. That probably means we will have to stay in the hotel and read the papers.
