I missed your original posts so don't have those details. Sorry you're going through such a difficult time.
I just want to say that almost all women I know are very glad to have retired, especially those working in the NHS (as I did). Life is so much better without the stress and exhaustion of a demanding job, whether you can have a life of leisure or helping the family.
Financially, your husband's income is good, your two pensions, with less tax than when working, and no N.I. are not too bad. You could use your lump sum for things you need in the house. Could you downsize to raise more money if needed?
