Grey and damp in Lancashire today but so chuffed to have climbed Helm Crag, yesterday, 1,299 feet. Grasmere was very quiet though, businesses need visitors.
WI today, also visiting Mum.

A grey day in Norfolk, but dry. DH off gardening this morning and I have a house to clean. We've finished cleaning and painting the pantry. Friends are very envious of our big pantry, but it's just taken three days to empty, clean sort, paint and try to fit everything back in! It had to be done in sections to find space for all the contents! Should be ok now for ten years at least!

Congratulations on scaling your peak Nana3. And getting down again! I hope your knees aren't too bad this morning! And well done Pitt's DGS for sleeping through on his first big adventure!

Just had an e-mail from a friend visiting her family In Perth (Oz) and it's 35 degrees there. She'll feel the difference when she gets back for sure!

I am feeling a bit of a fraud. At 03.00, getting up time for work, I felt lousy, nauseous and achy, so told DH I wasn't going to work. Now however, I feel just fine apart from the ongoing trouble with my knee.
The Tyne Valley today is wet, and more rain forecast. No very warm either.

Good morning to you all, it is bright and sunny here, but like you gaga I do so wish it would warm up, I am still wearing a jumper which I put away (several times, not the same jumper of course!) Not a lot planned today, possibly go to help with partially sighted with their bowls, last day for them to play indoors, as the indoor bowls season has officially finished. Hope you enjoy your Anniversary Nina.

Good morning, cool and grey here. Have to visit GP for BP check and blood tests. Today is last day of chemo for this cycle, now I get a week off. Had to take anti nausea drugs this morning and I am having difficulty walking because of very sore feet
