Good morning Michael and everyone. I am off over the hills to see the little DGS's today. I think the family have all got over the worst of their really dreadful colds.

I feel ready for some good three yr old conversation but I will probably have to play blow football again. The delights of being a granny.

A brilliant, rather red sunrise in Norfolk this morning. Forecast is still good though, it looks like the rain should miss here.

Off to do a bit of roadside gardening this morning. We've entered the town into the regional In Bloom. It's the first time and there's a lot to do. (We're not expecting to win!!!)

Have to take H to one of his gardening jobs this morning and S is going for a walk with people from the local AS group. His first time, I'm nervous for him

Had a great day at the zoo yesterday and legs ache this morning.
DGS2 coming to sleep over tonight as his Dad has a knee operation at 7am tomorrow. His first night away from his parents so I am preparing for a long night!

Good forecast today so GD aged 12 and I going to Grasmere to climb Helm Crag, very excited.
Saw Mum in care home yesterday, when I was leaving she wanted to come, it was upsetting.

Off to do a mystery shop for RICA this morning which will involve tackling the roadwork's onto the M25 - I'm thinking of taking rations and a good book ( I'm not driving ) it may take some while !!

I must get to the bank today to put my enormous Premium bond winnings in along with another cheque which has been in my handbag since January. No I won't opening an account in Panama!!

Not bad down here in Devon, but I fear the rain is on its way.

A rather late good morning from the south coast. I overslept again, I think working in the garden makes me really tired, so I sleep well, which is good. We were planning to do one or two things today, but because of the late start, that has been toned down, so we will go with the flow. Enjoy your days.

Good morning, Michael, and all GNs. Going to be dry here today, I think, but whether we'll see the sun or not is up for debate it seems! Have to get yesterday's flat tyre sorted out today (annoying when tyre firms keep every sort of tyre in stock except the one you want!) and then it is the school run. Have a good one folks.

It's grey, overcast and breezy in the Tyne Valley this morning, but it isn't meant to rain. We'll see about that. Just pottering at home today as my knee is still not right. I would love to go for a good long walk.
