Ye Gods, this age thing. To be honest I can spring ( well nearly) up from the sofa and apart from dodgy knees, currently in remission thanks to cortisone, I'm fairly mobile. I think pilates has helped . But as for doing things. I'm whacked after 10 minutes of doing any task. I read of people working all day in the garden. How do they do it? Clearing cupboards, tidying wardrobes, hoovering, and I need a long break with a cup of something after a short time. Two or so years ago I was walking up to 6 miles. Yes, it was tiring at the time but I could do it. This tiredness has arrived unexpectedly. I know I'm 75 but feel ( look, or so I'm told) and think younger but my energy levels are lower than people older than me. Currently getting over pneumonia, the culmination of 8 weeks' hacking cough. Even that was a bit of an insult. Btw I did try to upload my ancient hands when everyone else was doing it but the pic failed to upload. I did post asking for help but didn't get any
. Never mind I'm probably better off keeping them to myself as the hands are really old, skin staying up when pinched, wrinkly, etc. I hadn't noticed before I saw the picture. When I'm better I'm going to write that bucket list and just get in with enjoying it. ?
