Just come to this thread - I have considered avoiding Gransnet because of some of the negative comments (not aimed at me).

I rarely post on the political threads because whilst acknowledging the conviction of some of the posters some of the comments can be very unpleasant. As has previously been mentioned when I first joined there was a lot of good humour now it appears to have become quite unpleasant.

Let those of us who are looking for advice, humour and companionship reclaim Gransnet!

I'm guilty of having a grump earlier today about the floaty pensin ad that drifts acrossthe screen. i'm really sorry, Inwas having a bad day and over reacted. Totally unreasonable to complain....sorry.
