Just found Bijou's post on charabanc thread....she's 92 turning 93 next month. That means our oldest gran could actually be the grandmother of our youngest gran!

72, married too young, children at 25 and 34, 4 grandchildren aged 14,12,6 and 4 - also lovely DH.

72, feel like 92 but brain still working. Decided not to have any children once I discovered I would have to keep them for longer than 3-4 days. Career came before a family.

I will be 80 in April. Married at 22., daughter at 23, son at 26, daughter at 32. I have 2 grandchildren ((boy and girl) and our second great grandchild is due a few days before my birthday - a little sister for Harry.

62, married at 23 & 55....2 children at 27 & 29. Long awaited GD at 59 and GS at 62. I have been 27 for many, many years, but fear that I might have got that wrong!

I agree, Nelliemoser, so must start trying to sound more girlish! Rapidly approaching 73 in August, I was married at 22, DDs at 28 and 30, 1st GS at 65 and girl and boy twins in 2014. It would be nice to have been younger for the grandchildren, but also I would have still been working if a granny very young, and not free to help as much.

This is going to sounds really silly but I seem to be guestimating peoples ages by the style in which they write their posts.

67 married at 25, children at 26, 29 & 32. First GC at 55 when DD2 was 26

62, married at 17 and first son at 17 second at 20 but not a grandma for the first time until 44. What a varied group we are

Birth certificate says 1943 but I don't believe it. I prefer to be 29. Sons are 47 and 43. Three grandchildren.

I'm 58, married at 20 and again at 25, first child at 23, second at 26. First DGD at 54 and another at 56.
