Good morning, it is another mild and sunny day here in the north east. Specialist nurse visiting this morning and then the rest of the day is free.

It's blooming cold, bitterly sharp, eye-watering wind when I was walking friend's dog, no sign of the sun yet ?

One week into my retirement and work have asked me to go back and do some project work......and so busy I'm not sure if I can fit it in ?

Foggy in the Tyne Valley. The sun is trying to melt it, but not having much success. Lots of housework to catch up on now that my knee is feeling a bit better.

PS. My DD is going to the GP this morning with worrying symptoms that look and sound very much like rheumatoid arthritis. She's only 33 with four young children and a DH who works at sea for months at a time. Wish her luck.

Quick tidy up and then off to Zumba Gold this morning. This afternoon I will be looking after my little DGS (7 weeks old) for an hour or so. The first time on my own with him.

We had a really lovely day yesterday, and kitty I stopped looking at the garden, and made the effort to do something - not a lot, but it looks a little better for a tidy up.
