We had a really lovely day yesterday, and kitty I stopped looking at the garden, and made the effort to do something - not a lot, but it looks a little better for a tidy up. It is my birthday today, and our lovely daughter is coming to see us this afternoon, looking forward to that. Enjoy your days.

Quick tidy up and then off to Zumba Gold this morning. This afternoon I will be looking after my little DGS (7 weeks old) for an hour or so. The first time on my own with him.

Foggy in the Tyne Valley. The sun is trying to melt it, but not having much success. Lots of housework to catch up on now that my knee is feeling a bit better.

PS. My DD is going to the GP this morning with worrying symptoms that look and sound very much like rheumatoid arthritis. She's only 33 with four young children and a DH who works at sea for months at a time. Wish her luck.
