What were you really good at?

With the benefit if hindsight English, writing (those compositions), RE, lived reading, good at some sports. I was a very anxious child though and at the time didn't believe I was good at anything.

Art, English, Singing. I was hopeless at most sports, but managed to get in the gym team because I was good at rope climbing and cartwheels!

No good at sport but I did fence (foil) for the county.
I was good at English.

Oh yes I loved netball kitty and played well into my 30's, only stopped when I went back to work full time and couldn't get to the games and practice nights any longer.

Netball (I was taller than the others so could shoot - that stopped when they caught me up!) drama and reading aloud.

English and drama and have always been really good at spelling

English and Drama, I played Nerissa in the Merchant of Venice age 14, I had about a kilo of cotton wool stuffed down the front of the dress to fill it out, every performance it rode up made me sneeze and looked like a furry ruff !!!!!

Reading & spelling - the only person in P4 who spelled "Oh" correctly in one dictation.
Also dancing & swimming.

Reading and like, Grannyknot, public speaking, I was a good debater, still am. History and geography. Useless at all sports and no gift for languages or the sciences.

English, Art and singing.

Reading, spelling, biological sciences, *public speaking (high school debating society trophy winner three years running). *Whatever happened to that person? She's long gone, I quake in my boots now for public speaking.

English, geography and reading. I still love anything relating to geography and usually have a book on the go.

Highland dancing, country dancing, ballet and all sports. Reading and spelling like numberplease.

I wish I could play the piano.

I was quite good at playing the piano too.
Unlike joanna above, I was most definitely not nippy

Running the 100 yards.I was little and nippy.

Art and English. Still pretty much the same today.

I was good at the high jump. I was school champion when I left. Unlike tanith, I went to the County Sports event, but I never got to compete. It was rained off. We all got soaked, and had to return to school. ☔

Latin and swimming

English and RE - won a cup for divinity at o-level - we called it the virginity cup

Country dancing! I was also a really good storyteller and used to win competitions for my 'compositions' as we called written stories in those days. I used to make up stories almost every day to tell to my siblings in the evenings and I still love to tell/read stories to children.
