Another dreary grey start to the day here in Devon. I came down this morning to a lovely welcome from my DS's 2 year old lab who's staying with us for a few days while his human is living it up at a stag weekend somewhere across the globe.
Lunch with friends today and then babysitting for a couple of hours this afternoon with my two lovely GS. DH will be on dog-walking duties

Good morning to you all, it is dry here at the moment, although rain is promised for later on. We have had two relatively dry days now, and yesterday was quite warm without the wind. Not a lot planned, but since the washing is dry it now needs ironing. Enjoy your days.

It's a grizzly, mizzly morning in Wiltshire, a bit like how I'm feeling (goodness knows why!)

Looks like more deluges en route, oh joy - I was thinking of driving to Salisbury tomorrow but if it's really going to be that bad I shall change my plans......and do what instead?

Its repetitive here in deepest darkest Essex, still dark, still deep

Small dog tackled the stairs this morning and got stuck on the half landing and had to be rescued. His bad back is not improving and neither will mine if I have to carry the lump up and down too much!!
