I have 2 spare rooms. The cat has taken over one and the other is used for drying clothes and it is reasonably tidy

Bed, my desk, second television. We do the ironing and dry clothes in it as well. The cat often sleeps on the bed and youngest grandchild sleeps over a lot now his mother works full time. Also the place for yoga/meditation/getting away from DH when we get fed up with each other.

I'm in the spare room . And I've made it a tip. There is only one small chest of drawers and I'm not supposed to bend so clothes are laid out on the bed settee at the end. The laundry basket is my bedside table covered in pills, notebook, tissues, creams, pens iPad and crosswords. And my picker up stick. Heap of books to read and my kindle. Yellow container for syringes and a brimming WPB. Ugh

Ours is full of big toys for when the DGS visit, spare clothes and bedding, six boxes of Christmas decorations waiting to go up, wrapped and unwrapped Christmas presents, DGS1's birthday bike and accessories waiting to be picked up, a travel cot, an outgrown wooden crib and Moses basket. Oh, and there's a double and a junior bed under there somewhere. We have guests coming to stay on Thursday night, so most of it'll be adorning our bedroom by then. smile

Dumping ground, laundry drying room, storage for spare cat food, cat litter, cleaning products, Christmas presents etc. There are bunk beds but I can't see the surface of the bottom one. Cats have taken over the top one.
Oh! and there is a roofed cat litter tray just to add to the ambience!

I slept in our spare room last night due to DH's loud snoring (we'd been to a Christmas night out)!
However, to be able to get into the bed, I had to move all the (now wrapped) Xmas presents onto the floor - which I must've done in a rather haphazard manner - again due to the results of the Xmas night out tchgrin!
Got up to the loo during the night and stood on them.....re-wrapping will take place (much) later today. [Sore head emoticon] tchblush

A succession of friends, grandchildren and adult familykeep the bed aired. It's a study, laundry room and general dumping ground in between. Never a dull moment for the poor thing. tchgrin

Our spare room is used as a craft room.

The bed in our spare room is currently covered in Christmas presents awaiting wrapping which must be done by this weekend as DD3 and her partner are coming to stay. Last weekend DD2 slept in there and, a couple of weeks before that, DH's brother stayed in there. In between times, either DH or I will probably have transferred to that room if we are having trouble sleeping.

Our spare room has quite an exciting life! grin
