libra10 me also- Queen get me going and having watched Adam Lambert last Christmas sing most of the Queen songs with Brian May and co. I was in seventh heaven. I recorded it and play it frequently.

I am also a great fan of the Rolling Stones and Dire Straits

Oh, too many to mention. But the first chords of Dancing in the Dark or Walk of Life always get me spinning round the house. And so much by Abba, the Stones, T Rex, Queen, Elton. And Motown. And classics such as They Can't Take That Away From Me. Pretty much anything, now I come to think of it....

Noooooo, KatyK, I love Rod but that's my least favourite of his songs Probably because people (including my DH) used to request it for me in my teens whenever there was a DJ about - believe me, the words did not flatter, though I must admit that that morning sun when it's in my face really does show my age now!

I'm with you on this one. Definitely one for shedding a few calories!!!

I do line dancing and most of what we dance to us sixties stuff, Dance the Night Away, Dancing on a Saturday Night, King of the Road, to name a few. More contemporary is Marvin Gaye, and we do a 64 beat dance to Miller Magic (a compilation). I know dozens of dances and have many of the songs on my iPad so can dance around the kitchen anytime!

Oh yes, all of these plus the Killers..Are we human? That's my modern day favourite. Bouncing around accompanied by very bad, loud singing.
