As I'm sure some if not all of you will now know about the changes to State Pension Age for women born in the 1950s. Depending on when you were born will affect when you get your State Pension. I am are not against the rise in pension age for women, but I do object to way the we were not informed about the changes ahead.
There is a Facebook group called WASPI, Women Against State Pension Inequality who are doing a wonderful job trying to make the government rethink the injustice done to the women affected.

There is also a petition which has gained over 18,000 signatures in less than a week.

The more people that get involved the better, even if the only outcome is to let the government know that we will not tolerate their stealth.
