If you were lost in a supermarket, where would you be found?

Lost, me, never! It's DH that I panic about as I search up and down for him. We shop at a ginormous Asda and one Christmas time we waited at opposite ends of an aisle for half an hour. Each time I perambulated round the aisle to look for him he wasn't there...
No use calling his mobile as he doesn't switch it on.

I'd most likely be found in the home baking aisle having meandered around the home wares section looking at bakeware.

Looking at nail varnishes, handbags or jewellery!

The clothes aisle! DBH would be looking at all the rarer beers, good but cheap reds, and peaty whiskies. I would be looking at asslippers to wear into the garden and wreck, pyjamas that won't offend the postman, and long tops to keep my behind warm.

With the summer soft fruit and then the deli and fish

Definitely snafflling my free coffee (which isn't nowadays since you have to buy something to eat if you want it 'free' or not sit down after DIYing it )
or trying not to be tempted by household goods/chocolate/Danish pastries / everything else.....

Drooling over the chocolate ,while flicking through a glossy mag to check I like it enough to buy it!

I too will be found in the magazine section.

In front of the yogurts, rooted to the spot in the middle of a whole aisle of the stuff, stunned and glazed at the choice, even though I just want a six pack of Activia Natural.

Undoubtedly near the peanut butter. But, I am fighting this addiction now and haven't bought a jar for three weeks!

I don't take DH with me or that would be two of us to lose!

Speaking of "in the cafe" Alea. My mum and dad were in a well known supermarket Asda's cafe and whilst waiting for my dad to get served my mum decided to browse the newspaper in their basket, only to be reprimanded by a security guard who had apparently seen her reading the said newspaper, telling her that she was techinically stealing as she would "probably put the newspaper back on the shelf and not buy it at all". My mum was terribly upset and tried to explain that of course she would buy it as she only gets it for the crossword that she likes to do in bed . Security guard kind of tut tutted and walked off. Needless to say my mum and dad have never been back to that supermarket again.

DH says I beam up when in the supermarket . I love the housewares in supermarkets. I lead a very sad life and there's no emoticon suitable.

I have been known to phone DH in order to locate him. He's very elusive

The cheese aisle for me! Always too many to choose from... I could stand there for days.
Or the Euphorium bakery bit in our Tescos. They do samples ...

At one time it would have been among the wines (I'd be studying the descriptions as well as the prices before making my choice) but I can't drink wine now so it would more likely be the shampoo aisle, looking for perfume-free shampoo, which is not easy to find.

Clothes aisle for me. I just have to keep motoring if I lose DH, because he simply marches briskly up and down the aisles, looking for me by staring straight ahead. I call this his Cap'n Mainwaring mode.

Never thought of that. Who loses whom? Never have a chance to get lost as I'm usually haring round finding stuff, DH moseys around getting "lost" and me frantically looking for him [old childhood story! - hate losing people] usually but not always finding him in the wine department.
