Yes. DH doesnt like to try new things much.

Did you find going into retirement easy?

No. I hated leaving work - I was 71 and it was what I did.
4 years on, would definitely not go back. There IS a life beyond work.

Have you any phobias? I hate lifts and only use if I have no choice, e.g. 8 flights of stairs

Not particularly.

No. Not at all.

Both, at times.

Do you make your own Christmas caker/puddings/mince pies?

I always start off with good intentions, but basically no!

Have you bought anything for christmas yet?

I have bought one thing that I saw on holiday.

What age were you at your first memory?

I remember the horror of starting school at 4 years old, not knowing anyone. The most upsetting part was the gristly mince for lunch, which I was made to finish!

Do you use all the abbreviations when texting or use plain English?

I usually use plain English, I only know the meaning of a few abbreviations!

Do you sing whilst doing housework?

Not as a general rule. I do put the radio on a music channel though sometimes.

no I bloomin don't

Yes I do even if it turns pee a funny colour.

Cats or dogs, which do you prefer? assuming you like animals.

love dogs, not overly keen on cats these days though I look after DD1s when she's away. I hate dealing with litter trays.

As a gran, do you still go camping, if that's something you've enjoyed in the past ?

Never been keen on camping. Don't mind a caravan though.

I dont think I ever bought a record.
I used to buy compilation cassettes for my car.

Going on a longer journey, do you prefer to go by train or car?

Would much prefer train, but it's always car - cheaper, easier for luggage, and access to remote places possible

Not often. The last one a tried had 5 different corner pieces, so I couldn't be bothered to complete it, assuming there were errors!
