Welcome GG62 flowers
I had to hand the cooking over to DH because I really couldn't give GN my full attention if I had to work in the kitchen too grin

Hello GG62. I welcomed grannyonce yesterday. I joined in March last year and have had lots of fun, good advice and serious moments. I hope you enjoy all that there is on offer. Enter the competitions, you never know if you'll be lucky! Have a good time with some lovely people

Hello Grannyonce. I have not been on this site very long. but i love it. Everyone here has been so friendly helpful and supportive. You can talk about all sorts, if you have problems people will help you, or just join in on any subject you fancy-or even start a new one. Enjoy your time on here.

Welcome Grannyonce. We were all new at one time. Took me a couple of years to have the nerve to actually post. Lots of varied threads, plenty of advice, support, information, kindness and....yes the odd challenge. But everyone is so lovely when things are going badly. So you will never feel alone. Oh, and I agree, it is so addictive that it has even overtaken my Twitter addiction wink

Eloethan Mon 25-May-15 22:13:13

grannyactivist Mon 25-May-15 22:41:40

Hello and welcome to both new and recently joined grans. I have received so much kindness here that I really do regard Gransnet as part of my support network. smile

GG62 Sun 31-May-15 21:49:21

Thanks for all the lovely welcomes. How about meeting up at Patisserie Valerie Ealing Broadway 10th June 11am?
Regards GG62

kittylester Mon 01-Jun-15 06:34:34

You would probably be better starting a thread in 'Meet-ups', GG62. More people will notice that way. You might also find a meet up you'd like to join.

Welcome grannyonce and GG62

I in hope you have both clicked on the Local tab at the top of the page and introduced yourselves on the forum for your local area - a good place to organise a local meet up.
