I started thinking about this after posting on the thread about the Hatton Garden robbery. We've been burgled several times and the few family treasures we had, none of them very valuable, have all gone. My engagement ring went years ago. I feel very guilty about my DMiLs silver candlesticks which she used to hide securely every time she went out. I put them on them mantelpiece when they were passed on to me. I feel equally bad about my aunt's mantel clock. But I can't think of anything else I would call 'treasured'.
